These terms apply to your use of this preview and waitlist page for the upcoming CROWNED platform, operated by Central Standardised Services Ltd. By using this page or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the page.
1. About this page
This page is informational only. It previews the upcoming CROWNED platform and lets you join a waitlist. The platform is not yet available, no account is created, and nothing on this page is an offer of any product or service. Separate, full Terms will apply to the CROWNED platform when it launches.
2. The platform is for adults (18+)
CROWNED will be an adults-only (18+) service. This page, by contrast, is only a preview and waitlist: it contains no adult content, and anyone can view it. When you join the waitlist, we simply ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older, because the platform itself is intended for adults.
3. The waitlist
By submitting your email address, you ask us to contact you about the launch and possible early access. Joining the waitlist places you under no obligation, does not guarantee access to the platform, and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing waitlist@finsuby.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this page. In particular, do not submit false or automated entries, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The design, name, logos and content of this page belong to Central Standardised Services Ltd or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
This page is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. Launch timing and platform features may change, or may not happen at all. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this page.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
