This Privacy Notice explains how Central Standardised Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of CROWNED, handles your personal data when you visit this preview page and join our waitlist. Who we are

Central Standardised Services Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at waitlist@finsuby.com.

What we collect

• The email address you submit.
• The role you select (user or creator).
• Technical data your device sends automatically when you visit, including your IP address.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the page is used, for example how many visitors select a role or submit the form.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• Your email address and selected role, to contact you about the launch and possible early access. Legal basis: your consent.
• Your IP address, to keep the sign-up secure and to prevent spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. We store it only briefly and in a limited form, and do not use it to build a profile of you.
• Aggregated usage statistics, to understand interest in the platform and improve this page. This information is collected without cookies and cannot identify you.

Cookies

We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies on this page. Any measurement we carry out is anonymous and aggregated, and does not store information on your device for those purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and to deliver our emails (for example, website hosting and an email-delivery provider). They process data only on our instructions and under a contract with us.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address and selected role until the CROWNED platform launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. Security and anti-spam records are kept only for a short period and then deleted.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to withdraw your consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
